Weird As It Sounds, Let's Talk About Bathing ...

Although many will not openly admit it, there are people who struggle in the area of bathing. This article serves to motivate the reader to engage in this stress-free endeavor called BATHING.


Basically bathing is the washing of the body with water, so here are the 10 benefits of bathing:

1. It makes you look more beautiful.

2. It makes you more alert especially when you shower in the morning.

3. It helps you relax and is a stress-free experience.

4. It increases the chances of the mind to discover new ideas since the body will be relaxed.

5. It removes yesterday’s ordour. No matter how much deodorant you spray, if you go out without bathing you will smell bad.

6. It removes toxins from the skin.

7. It soothes the skin by opening pores and leaves the skin refreshed and glowing.

8. It cleanses and moisturizes the skin, eyes and hair.

9. It helps fight off depression and stress.

10. It keeps some demons away. Demons are called unclean spirits because they thrive in unclean environments.
