Many a time we blame others for everything that goes wrong in our lives. We blame our parents or even the devil for everything but have you ever wondered the real source of your problems. Could it be that you could be your enemy?
1. Breaking a Godly principle (Ecclesiastes 10:8). This invites demonic manipulations into your life. Take for example, if you habitually break the principle of honoring your parents you will not enjoy long life.
2. Lusting over demonic things. Our own lusts often cause us to fall into temptation (James 1:14). If you do not manage your emotions, you will lose control of your life.
3. Being connected to wrong associations (1 Corinthians 15:33). These can invite harm into your life. Your friends have the power to either make you or break you. Bad friends always corrupt good morals.

4. Lack of faith (Hebrews 11:6). It stops the power of God from operating into your life. When you do not believe that good things will come your way then you are automatically inviting bad things. Doubt is a luxury you cannot afford into your life.
5. Lack of knowledge (Hosea 4:6). This leads to destruction. Make sure you have a substantial amount of knowledge before you do anything. By this you can avoid a lot of frustration. Ignorance is no defense, seek knowledge always.
6. Lack of persistence. Quitters always never win. Believe in your potential and continue pushing towards the realization of your dreams.
7. Pride. This is the foundation of destruction. You can fall at any level and at any time because pride always goes before a fall (Proverbs 16:18). However, when you humble yourself God will life you. It is better to be humble than to be humbled.
8. Lack of boldness to try something new or to do things differently. You cannot continue to do the same things and expect to yield different results
9. Lack of vision for your life. Without vision or purpose you are not motivated to practice self-control. A life without vision is like the latest Mercedes without fuel. It will take you nowhere.
